Key Responsibilities

- Teach undergraduate, postgraduate, and professional courses related to Special Education, Inclusive Education, and Teacher Education.
- Develop and deliver high-quality lectures, practical sessions, workshops, and field-based training programmes.
- Guide and mentor students in academic, professional, and research activities.
- Supervise dissertations, research projects, internships, and teaching practice programmes.
- Conduct and publish research in reputed national and international journals.




- Contribute to curriculum design, revision, and implementation in accordance with RCI and UGC guidelines.
- Organize seminars, conferences, faculty development programmes, and community outreach activities.
- Support accreditation, quality assurance, and institutional development initiatives.
- Collaborate with schools, rehabilitation centres, educational institutions, and professional organizations for academic and training activities.
- Participate in departmental administration, admissions, examinations, and student welfare activities.
- Assist in the development of innovative teaching-learning resources and inclusive education practices.
- Undertake academic, research, administrative, and institutional responsibilities assigned by the university from time to time.
