SME

If you have experience in International Voice with minimum 3+ years Exp and having Team handling Exp is eligible.

Team Leader: Must be TL on paper at least 1 year with C1 Communication skills

QA and Trainer >> Must be QA or Trainer with international Voice Exp eligible

QTL and Training Team Leader: Must be QTL or Training Team Leader on paper with International Voice Exp

Operations Manager: Must be Operations Manager on paper with at least an 80+ FTEs team handling + C1 English Speaking Skills.
