Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Plant Stylist / Terrarium Designer to design and build custom terrariums, moss gardens, miniature landscapes, and indoor plant arrangements. The role involves working on small decorative pieces as well as larger custom plant installations for homes, offices, cafs, gifting, and premium dcor projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and build custom terrariums, moss gardens, and miniature landscapes.
- Select suitable plants, stones, substrate, containers, and decorative materials.
- Create visually balanced and aesthetically pleasing plant compositions.
- Ensure plant health, drainage, humidity, and long-term maintenance.
- Work on client-specific custom orders based on size, theme, and budget.
- Support product styling, packaging, and presentation for retail and gifting.
- Maintain inventory of plants, tools, and styling materials.
- Collaborate with the team on recent design ideas and product concepts.

Required Skills:

- Knowledge of indoor plants, moss, ferns, succulents, and terrarium-friendly species.
- Strong eye for design,



color balance, texture, and composition.
- Hands-on skills in planting, pruning, layering, and styling.
- Understanding of terrarium care, watering, humidity, and light conditions.
- Ability to work neatly and precisely on detailed projects.
- Good communication and willingness to learn.

Preferred Background:

- Landscape design, horticulture, floriculture, botany, interior plant styling, or botanical art.
- Experience in terrarium making, miniature gardening, or plant installations is a plus.
- Fresh graduates with strong practical skills and portfolio are welcome.

Qualifications:

- Diploma / Degree / Certificate in Landscape Design, Horticulture, Botany, Floriculture, Interior Styling, or related field.
