About the Role

Fixotec Pipe Supports Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and technically strong engineering professional to lead the development, validation, and standardization of advanced pipe saddle systems for high-spec semiconductor facilities.

This is a strategic product engineering role combining piping stress analysis, application engineering, and product portfolio development to build a globally competitive semiconductor-grade saddle portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Development & Standardization

- Design and develop pipe saddle systems for chilled water and cryogenic applications.
- Develop standardized saddle series (NB 50 1800).
- Design heavy-duty saddles for data centers & semiconductor utilities.
- Standardize load classifications, material combinations, and corrosion protection systems.

2. Piping Stress Analysis & Engineering Validation

- Perform stress analysis using CAESAR II / AutoPIPE / Rohr2.
- Validate thermal expansion, structural load transfer, friction and anchor loads.
- Interpret isometrics and extract support loads.
- Develop span calculations, load tables, and support selection logic.
- Coordinate with EPCs and consultants for approvals.

3. Semiconductor Application Engineering





- Design considering cleanroom constraints and vibration-sensitive environments.
- Work on CHW/CDW systems and cryogenic (LN ) distribution.
- Ensure compliance with:
- ASME B31.1
- ASME B31.3
- MSS SP-58
- MSS SP-69

4. Portfolio Development & Documentation

- Prepare GA drawings, fabrication drawings, BOM.
- Develop load vs span tables and installation guidelines.
- Create technical specifications, datasheets, and selection manuals.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Coordinate with Design, Manufacturing, and Sales teams.
- Support pre-bid engineering and client technical discussions.

Qualifications & Experience

Education:

Bachelor s or Master s in Mechanical / Piping / Structural Engineering

Experience:

5 to 12 years in pipe support design and piping stress analysis.

Experience in Oil & Gas / Power / Data Centers / Semiconductor projects preferred.
