We are looking for a Tricentis LiveCompare Lead with 8+ years of overall IT experience and robust expertise in SAP Testing and Impact-Based Testing (IBT). The candidate will lead LiveCompare implementation and optimize SAP regression testing cycles.

This is a techno-functional leadership role requiring hands-on expertise and stakeholder management.

Must Have Skills

1. 8+ years in QA / SAP Testing
2. 3+ years hands-on experience in Tricentis LiveCompare
3. Experience with Impact-Based Testing (IBT)
4. Strong knowledge of SAP ECC or S/4HANA
5. Experience integrating LiveCompare with:
6. SAP Solution Manager (ChaRM)
7. SAP Transport Management System (TMS)
8. Experience with Tricentis Tosca
9. Good understanding of SAP modules (FI / MM / SD preferred)

Good to Have
1. Tricentis Certifications
2. Experience in SAP S/4HANA migration projects
3.



DevOps / CI-CD exposure (Jenkins / Azure DevOps)
4. Experience working in Agile environment

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead end-to-end implementation of Tricentis LiveCompare
2. Drive Impact-Based Testing strategy
3. Analyze SAP transports and identify impacted processes
4. Optimize regression test suite using LiveCompare
5. Work closely with SAP functional and business teams
6. Provide status reports and dashboards to stakeholders
7. Mentor QA team members
