Position: Agency Sales Manager

Job Description

We are hiring dynamic and result-oriented sales professionals for a leading Health Insurance Company. The ideal candidate should have experience in Agency Sales, Insurance, or BFSI and possess strong relationship-building and business development skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit, train, and manage insurance advisors/agents.

Drive health insurance sales through the Agency Channel.

Achieve monthly and annual business targets.

Motivate and support advisors to improve productivity.

Build and maintain robust relationships with agents and customers.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Conduct market activities to generate leads and expand business.

Eligibility:





Graduate in any discipline.

Minimum 1 year of experience in Health Insurance, Life Insurance, General Insurance, or BFSI Sales.

Strong communication, sales, and team management skills.

Local market knowledge will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate:

Experience in Agency Channel sales.

Target-driven with excellent relationship management skills.

Ability to recruit and develop advisors for business growth.
