Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect SAP PP to design, implement, and support SAP Production Planning (PP) solutions for manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant, and effective ERP solutions while driving continuous process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with Quality, Operations, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and define SAP solutions.
- Design, configure, and enhance SAP PP solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Integrate SAP PP with related modules such as QM, MM, and PM.
- Participate in Agile sprint planning and solution delivery.
- Manage end-to-end SAP implementation, enhancements, and production support.




- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards (SOX, FDA GMP).
- Develop and maintain functional documentation, SOPs, Job Aids, and lifecycle documents.
- Support change management initiatives and continuous system improvements.

Required Skills & Experience

- 8+ years of experience in SAP PP (Production Planning).
- Strong expertise in SAP PP with working knowledge of SAP QM, MM, and PM.
- Experience in at least one end-to-end SAP implementation project.
- Good understanding of SAP HANA.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and MES (Manufacturing Execution System) integration.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- SAP certification is an added advantage.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or manufacturing industry is preferred.
