Job Title: Project Supervisor

As a Project Supervisor at Rhosigma Engineering & Automation, you will oversee in office execution of electrical and automation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to technical and safety standards. You will coordinate with project engineers, contractors, and clients to maintain quality, progress, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities include:

- Supervising daily site operations for electrical, instrumentation, or automation projects.
- Coordinating with engineers, technicians, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitoring installation, testing, and commissioning activities in line with design specifications.
- Preparing daily progress reports and assisting in project scheduling and resource planning.
- Ensuring adherence to safety standards, quality procedures,



and project documentation requirements.
- Identifying site-level issues and providing timely solutions to maintain project timelines.

Additional Information: Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, or related engineering field. 3-5 years of experience in project supervision within the electrical or industrial automation sector. Strong understanding of electrical systems, instrumentation, and control panels. Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple teams and ensure on-time project completion.
