Business Development & Site Acquisition Manager (Car Wash Expansion)

Gurugram(Travel required)

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and resourceful professional to support the end-to-end development of car wash outlets. This role involves identifying suitable locations, conducting market research, evaluating business feasibility, and coordinating the setup of new sites.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our presence by ensuring each new outlet is strategically planned, financially viable, and operationally ready.

Key Responsibilities

Site Identification & Development

- Identify and evaluate potential land or commercial spaces for car wash setup
- Conduct site visits and feasibility analysis (location, accessibility, demand, competition)
- Negotiate lease or rental terms with property owners

Market Research & Expansion Strategy

- Perform market and competitor analysis to identify high-potential areas
- Support development of expansion and location strategy
- Analyze customer demand and pricing trends

Business Planning & Financial Analysis

- Estimate setup costs, operational expenses, and investment requirements
- Forecast revenue and assess profitability of potential locations
- Support decision-making through financial viability analysis

Legal & Compliance Coordination





- Assist in handling documentation related to land acquisition/lease
- Coordinate with internal/external teams for licenses and approvals
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and guidelines

Project Coordination & Setup

- Coordinate with vendors for construction, equipment, and installation
- Monitor timelines and ensure smooth execution of site setup
- Support implementation of operational processes and standards

Required Experience & Skills

- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in:
- Business Development / Expansion
- Real Estate / Site Acquisition
- Retail or service outlet setup
- Experience in automobile services or retail expansion
- Familiarity with local regulations, permits, and land-related processes

- Strong understanding of:

- Market research and site feasibility analysis
- Basic financial planning and ROI evaluation

- Excellent:

- Negotiation and communication skills
- Project coordination and stakeholder management

Preferred Qualifications

B.Tech or BBA

Compensation

- 8- 15 LPA (based on experience and profile)
