- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products to customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and internal business partners.
- Analyze project performance data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas for cost reduction.
Job Requirements :
- 10-17 years of experience in electronics manufacturing or a related field.
- Solid understanding of embedded systems development life cycle (design, testing & validation).
- Proven track record in managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent supplier management skills with ability to negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships.
