We are looking for an experienced Finance Officer to manage loan documentation, financial records, and banking coordination. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in corporate loan processing, KYC/CMA preparation, compliance, and financial documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial records, KYC, and CMA data for loan applications.
- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for credit processing.
- Manage legal compliance, property valuations, and mortgage documentation.
- Handle post-disbursement reporting and annual loan renewals.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in finance or loan processing.
- Strong knowledge of corporate loan procedures and banking documentation.
- Positive understanding of compliance and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
