Job Description:

We are looking for passionate and experienced Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) Trainers with strong expertise in Java and SQL to train college students as part of a large-scale academic skilling initiative. The trainer will be responsible for delivering instructor-led sessions, conducting coding exercises, evaluating student progress, and preparing learners for technical interviews and placement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver classroom and lab-based training on Data Structures & Algorithms using Java.
- Conduct sessions on SQL Essentials, including database concepts, queries, joins, normalization, and optimization.
- Create and deliver engaging learning experiences for undergraduate students.
- Design assignments, coding challenges, mock tests, and assessments.
- Mentor students on problem-solving approaches and coding best practices.
- Track student performance and provide regular feedback.
- Assist students in placement preparation, coding interviews, and aptitude-based assessments.




- Ensure timely completion of the training curriculum and learning objectives.
- Coordinate with academic and project teams for reporting and training progress.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior experience training engineering or college students.
- Experience in placement-focused training programs.
- Exposure to coding platforms such as LeetCode, HackerRank, GeeksforGeeks, CodeChef, or Coding Ninjas.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Bangalore-based trainers preferred; outstation candidates are also welcome.
