- Impediment Removal: Proactive identification and neutralization of technical and organizational blockers, often before they impact the team's velocity.
- Scaling Knowledge: Understanding of scaling frameworks such as Protected , LeSS , or Spotify Model to coordinate dependencies across multiple teams.
- SDLC Fluency: A solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle, including CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automated testing, to better support the team's technical excellence.

Qualifications

- Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a complex, enterprise-level environment.
- Certifications: PSM II/III, CSM, or SAFe Agilist preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical blockers into business-impact language for non-technical leaders.
- Tooling: Expert-level proficiency in Jira/Confluence , Azure DevOps , or similar enterprise ALM tools.
