Role & responsibilities

- Lead the development, review, and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for equipment and advanced manufacturing processes in coordination with stakeholders, suppliers, and customers.
- Plan, approve, and monitor experimental plans and Design of Experiments (DOEs), ensuring effective execution and timely submission of analysis reports.
- Manage and ensure compliance with documentation systems, including PFDs, WIs, SOPs, MQPs, SPC records, RMRs, ISO documents, and related quality records.
- Drive cross-functional coordination among Production, Process, Quality, Maintenance, PPC, Project, and Utility departments to ensure seamless manufacturing operations.
- Implement and monitor quality standards, structured processes, and internal process controls to achieve operational excellence and business objectives.
- Lead Current Process Integration (NPI)



initiatives for advanced technologies such as PERC and Bifacial solar cells.
- Drive efficiency improvement initiatives in line with the technology roadmap and spearhead process development for emerging technologies, including Selective Emitter, PERC Bifacial, and TOPCon.
- Oversee the performance, calibration, and utilization of process lab and metrology tools (4PP, Reflectometer, Lifetime, SUN-VOC, EL Testing), and manage vendor/OEM coordination.
- Identify, prioritize, and implement continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives to enhance solar cell efficiency, yield, and overall product quality.

Preferred candidate profile

Having experience in the solar cell manufacturing industry.
