- Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server 2022 environments.
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and file/print services.
- Monitor server performance, apply patches, and ensure system uptime and reliability.
- Perform regular backups and disaster recovery planning.
- Configure and manage Sophos Firewall for secure network access and threat prevention.
- Monitor firewall logs, VPNs, and intrusion prevention systems (IPS).

Qualifications:

- bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, security, or application support roles.
- Proficiency in Windows Server 2022, SAP Business One, HRMS applications, SQL Server, and Salesforce.
- Hands-on experience with Sophos Firewall and CrowdStrike Falcon or similar EDR platforms.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs).
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team workplace.
