- Design and develop electrical circuits, motors, and layouts in accordance with project specifications.
- Prepare detailed electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics using AutoCAD and other CAD tools.
- Generate technical documentation, including specifications, datasheets, and manuals.
2. Tools & Software Expertise:
- Utilize AutoCAD Electrical or similar tools like EPLAN, SolidWorks Electrical, or Revit MEP for design tasks.
- Work with simulation software and other electrical design tools for testing and validation.
3. Component Selection & BOM Generation:
- Select appropriate electrical and electronic components based on design requirements.
- Prepare and maintain a comprehensive Bill of Materials (BOM)
derived from drawings and design specifications.
4. Collaboration & Coordination:
- Coordinate with project managers, mechanical engineers, and procurement teams to ensure seamless integration of designs.
- Work closely with manufacturing teams for design validation and troubleshooting.
5. Compliance & Standards (AS9100D):
- Ensure designs comply with relevant standards, safety regulations, and company guidelines.
Conduct design reviews and make necessary modifications to meet quality and performance criteria.
