Entrepreneurs Organization Western Uttar Pradesh is looking for a capable, proactive and relationship-oriented Chapter Manager to help build and manage its new chapter.

This is a founding-stage role. The Chapter Manager will work closely with the Chapter Champion, founding leadership team, EO regional leadership and EO global staff to support the chapter launch, membership growth, governance, events and ongoing chapter operations.

Key responsibilities include:

- Build and maintain a structured database of prospective members.
- Coordinate outreach, follow-ups and meetings with entrepreneurs across Western Uttar Pradesh.
- Support prospects through the EO application, interview, approval and payment process.
- Track every prospective member from initial contact through conversion.
- Coordinate information sessions, membership meetings and chapter launch activities.
- Maintain regular communication with EO regional and global teams.
- Support the chapter in achieving the required membership strength for formal launch.
- Assist with incorporation of the legal entity, bank account opening, bylaws, chapter agreements and other launch documentation.
- Maintain accurate chapter records, membership data, minutes, trackers and reports.
- Coordinate board and leadership meetings, prepare agendas and record action points.
- Follow up with board members, members, prospects, vendors and external stakeholders.
- Plan and execute learning events, social events, member engagement activities and chapter meetings.
- Coordinate venues, speakers, travel, accommodation, vendors, budgets and event logistics.
- Manage chapter communication through email, WhatsApp and other approved channels.




- Support member onboarding and ensure a smooth experience for new members.
- Coordinate with finance and professional advisors for payments, compliance and chapter administration.
- Support preparation of chapter budgets, expense records and management reports.
- Build systems and processes for smooth chapter operations after launch.
- Travel within Western Uttar Pradesh as required for meetings, events and membership development.
- Be available outside standard office hours when required for chapter events and member coordination.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Minimum 4 years of experience in community management, membership organisations, business associations, event management, relationship management, hospitality, executive coordination or a similar role.
- Experience with a chamber of commerce, industry association, founder network, professional body or premium membership organisation will be preferred.
- Strong relationship-building and follow-up skills.
- Confident and qualified while interacting with entrepreneurs, promoters and senior business leaders.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Hindi.
- Strong email, WhatsApp and business communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Google Workspace.
- Strong event planning, vendor coordination and project management ability.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Highly organised, dependable, discreet and proactive.
- Comfortable working independently in a founding-stage environment.
- Willing to travel within Western Uttar Pradesh.
- Based in Meerut or willing to relocate to Meerut.
- Flexible regarding working hours when events or member requirements demand it.
