Roundglass Giving is our nonprofit arm that drives philanthropic work in youth development, women's equity, and environmental sustainability. Our mission is to transform communities by tackling systemic challenges and unlocking human potential through Roundglass Sports, Roundglass Sustain, the Roundglass Foundation, and the Global India Institute (GIC). These efforts have reached millions of people, creating scalable models of community-led change.

Through the Roundglass Living platform, we deliver personalized wellbeing guidance rooted in science. The Roundglass Living app helps people develop habits that last through breathwork, meditation, movement, nutrition, music, and more.

What you’ll do:

- Work with Initiative Leads and Program managers to fully understand the various business metrics and KPIs and finetune existing databases or create new ones to make measurement, reporting and evaluation more effective.
- Coordinate with different stakeholders, internal as well as external, to regularly gather information on various business metrics




- Generate and share periodic MIS reports, data analytics, draft presentation and summary documents / reports as needed in an accurate and timely fashion
- Periodic and need-based due diligence of data and metrics to ensure precise and accurate data availability
- Drive continual improvement by providing recommendations to improve reporting efficiency and efficacy
- Deploying analytics solutions and augment tracking of business outcomes
- Provide sound analyses to support proposals and generate reports as needed
- Put in place solid sense-checks including maker-checker touchpoints to generate accurate and authentic reports
- Identify the opportunities of automating the reports, snapshots and dashboards using advanced formulae, Macros, other techniques
- Vendor management like processing invoices and follow ups
- Travel to the villages / on-ground locations to gather business insights as needed

Skills and Qualifications:

- A bachelor’s degree in related field with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and field
- Candidate must have sound practical knowledge and experience in MIS and Data Management
- Proficient in MS Office and Google suite with special emphasis on MS Excel.
- An excellent and confident communicator with proficiency in Punjabi, English, and Hindi. Ability to read, write, and type Punjabi would be a big plus
- Should be able to make impactful reports and presentations
- Ability to correctly understand and gather requirements to convert them into meaningful data and reports
- Eye for details with a penchant for number crunching and analytics
- Ability to work in a challenging, fast paced, results-oriented environment under minimal supervision
- Able to prioritize and focus on results and delivery
- Able to collaborate with and adapt to multi-cultural working environment and with diverse internal / external stakeholders
- Able and ready to commute to and/or stay in villages
