Purpose of Job:
This will be an IC role with lot of focus on working with global leaders. You will work very
closely with Global TA team and Business teams agenda and be responsible to drive and
execute hiring plans for the US region.



You will drive the Tech hiring strategy (IT
Infrastructure/Cloud/Digital) for the organization. Manage the end-to-end talent
acquisition function.

In this role, you will:

Coordinate with respective functional hiring managers to dene position
requirements, job specications, interview processes and plan hiring in
accordance to the priorities set by the management.

Implement creative sourcing strategies to source best in class talent.
Harness creative marketing/branding strategies and campaigns to attract top
talent from the industry. Maximize ROI on recruitment costs and increase
recruitment eiciencies.

Must have experience in working with US Citizen as a reporting manager.
Identifying the quality & matching resumes as per IT requirements.
Expert in dealing with H1B Visa , US Citizens, Green Card/Permanent Residents,
OPT/CPT EAD candidates, and TN Visa Consultants.

Well versed with dierent tax terms like W2, 1099 etc.
Strong knowledge working with MSP, VMS.
Sourcing Resumes using social networking (LinkedIn) along with Various Job
Portals and internal database etc.

Experience in ATS tool is mandatory (Oracle, Workday or any other)
Strong knowledge on negotiating salary/hourly pay rate for the contract/fulltime
requirements.

Client Coordination / Stakeholder management
Candidate should be positive in verbal and written communication skills.
Education / Experience Requirements

At least 5+ years of Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience in top-tier
technology rm for US region.
Relevant post graduate degree (MBA/Masters in an HR discipline)

Avid Reader, Active Blogger would be a plus.
Technical Background/Certied Talent Acquisition Professional will be given a
