- Conduct and Own scheduled session via the Infinity Learn LMS platform.
- Full ownership of Student learning outcome and progress.
- Assess student's conceptual baseline in the first session and design a personalised learning path.
- Assign and review classwork, homework, and practice problems every session.
- Track progress topic-by-topic and adjust teaching approach based on performance data
- Maintain a minimum session completion rate of 99%.
- Attend mentor check-ins post-onboarding.
- Conduct PTM on regular intervals.
- Escalate student concerns (disengagement, parent issues, syllabus gaps) to the team promptly.
