- Support and maintain In-Circuit Test (ICT) systems used for testing PCB assemblies (PCBAs).
- Troubleshoot and debug ICT failures to minimize production downtime.
- Analyze PCB test failures and identify root causes.
- Support production operators in resolving ICT-related issues.
- Ensure ICT machines are functioning efficiently across production lines.
PCB & Circuit Debugging
- Debug PCBAs by analyzing test results and circuit behavior.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, circuit diagrams, BOMs, and Gerber files.
- Identify component-level failures and recommend corrective actions.
- Support engineering teams during current product introduction (NPI) and process improvements.
ICT Machine Management
- Work with different ICT platforms, including Teradyne and similar ICT systems.
- Maintain ICT test programs and support program modifications when required.
- Perform machine validation, calibration support, and preventive maintenance coordination.
- Monitor machine performance and improve test efficiency.
Manufacturing Quality & Continuous Improvement
- Improve first-pass yield by reducing ICT failures.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Process Engineering, and Production teams.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for manufacturing test processes.
- Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of ICT (In-Circuit Test) machines and PCB testing.
- Experience with Teradyne ICT or similar ICT platforms.
- Good understanding of PCBA manufacturing and electronics assembly processes.
- Ability to debug PCB failures and analyze electronic circuits.
- Knowledge of Schematics, BOM (Bill of Materials), and Gerber files.
- Familiarity with electronics components and circuit board functionality.
- Basic computer proficiency and understanding of manufacturing software.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) companies.
- Experience supporting high-volume production environments.
- Exposure to ICT programming or ICT program debugging is an added advantage.
