Key responsibilities

- Own & build the function: Set up and own the finance, accounting, and

compliance function , the processes, controls, and systems it runs on and

shape it as the organisation grows.

- Strategic finance coordination: Partner with the founders on financial and

structuring decisions, and coordinate with external tax and audit advisors,

onboarding current advisors as needed.

- Daily accounting & record-keeping : Own daily accounting & maintain books,

partner capital accounts, investor ledgers, cash flow, GST/TDS working

records, up-to-date and audit ready

- LLP & company compliance : Prepare and manage MCA/ROC and other

regulatory filings; liaise with company secretarial professionals for

certifications where required.

- Build for scale : Build templates and systems,



hire and manage juniors under

you as organisation scales..

Requirements

- Qualified Chartered Accountant with 4-7 years of post-qualification

experience.

- Strong, hands-on command of Indian accounting, GST, TDS, and ROC/MCA

compliance.

- Experience working with external auditors, tax advisors, and company

secretaries.

- A structured, systems-oriented approach with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment and building processes

from the ground up.
