Role Overview:

As the Operations Head for our EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) facility in Karnataka, you will serve as the strategic leader responsible for the end-to-end manufacturing ecosystem. You will oversee the entire production lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration between production planning, supply chain logistics, and quality assurance to meet high-precision delivery standards.

This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional department heads, global clients, and internal stakeholders to drive operational excellence and scale production capabilities. Your leadership will directly influence the company's bottom line by optimizing plant efficiency, reducing lead times, and maintaining the highest standards of product reliability, ultimately positioning our facility as a benchmark for quality in the electronics manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Direct all plant operations to ensure production targets are met with optimal resource utilization and cost-efficiency.

- Spearhead production planning and scheduling initiatives to align manufacturing output with fluctuating market demand and client delivery timelines.

- Oversee the end-to-end supply chain and inventory management processes to mitigate risks and ensure uninterrupted material flow.

- Implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies across the shop floor to eliminate waste and drive continuous process improvement.





- Manage and mentor large, diverse teams to foster a culture of high performance, safety, and technical excellence.

- Enforce rigorous Quality Assurance protocols to ensure every output complies with international electronics manufacturing standards and client specifications.

- Leverage ERP systems to maintain real-time visibility into operational metrics, enabling data-driven decision-making for senior leadership.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex EMS manufacturing environments, with a deep understanding of SMT and assembly processes.

- Proven ability to lead large-scale plant operations, balancing technical production requirements with strategic business objectives.

- Strong proficiency in utilizing ERP platforms to streamline workflows and improve inventory accuracy.

- Exceptional interpersonal skills to navigate stakeholder relationships and lead cross-functional teams toward unified goals.

- Advanced analytical capabilities to apply Six Sigma and Lean principles to solve complex manufacturing bottlenecks.

- A degree in Engineering or a related field, ideally complemented by a management qualification from a premier institute.

- High adaptability to an in office work environment, with the ability to drive cultural change and operational discipline within a manufacturing setting.
