Key Responsibilities

- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain solid customer relationships.
- Assist customers with Gold Loans, Insurance, Money Transfer, and other financial products.
- Generate business through walk-in customers, referrals, and cross-selling.
- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Verify customer documents and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Perform data entry, maintain branch records, and prepare operational reports.




- Support day-to-day branch operations and administrative activities.
- Coordinate with the Branch Manager and team to achieve business and service targets.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and ensure operational accuracy.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BA, B.Sc., BCA, B.Tech or equivalent).
- Freshers can apply.
- Candidates with 0 to 4 years of experience in Banking, NBFC, Financial Services, Sales, or Customer Service are also encouraged to apply.
