- Mandatory fluency in Kannada and English (spoken and written)
- Minimum qualification: Graduate or equivalent
- Prior customer service experience preferred (Freshers can apply)

- Personal laptop with minimum i5 processor
- Minimum 50 mbps speed internet connection is required
- Quiet work workplace at home
Work Schedule:
- 6 days working (rotational week off)
