As a BDM, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and expanding our customer base across US, UK, and Australia markets.

Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive new revenue growth through lead generation, bidding on platforms like Upwork and LinkedIn, and client calls.

- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

- Create and present proposals to clients, highlighting the benefits of our services and ensuring successful deal closure.

- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated with industry trends.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies that meet business objectives.

- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to optimize sales efforts and improve results.

Job Requirements





- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the IT industry.

- Strong understanding of web and design AI services, as well as the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

- Proven track record of successfully closing deals and driving revenue growth.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.

- Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools is an asset.
