Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Operations Team Lead with a solid background in International Voice Process and prior Operations SME (Subject Matter Expert) experience. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, demonstrated people management capabilities, and the ability to drive team performance while maintaining high service quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team in an International Voice Process environment.
- Monitor daily team performance and ensure achievement of operational KPIs.
- Conduct regular coaching, mentoring, and performance reviews.
- Handle escalations and provide effective resolution to customer and operational issues.
- Drive productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless process delivery.
- Prepare and present performance reports and operational insights.
- Support process improvements and implement best practices.




- Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and process guidelines.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory).
- Experience as an Operations Team Lead in an International Voice Process.
- Prior experience working as an Operations SME.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to manage team performance and achieve targets.
- Good knowledge of operational metrics and customer service standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience Required

- 4 to 8 years of overall BPO/Customer Service experience.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of Team Lead experience in an International Voice Process.
- Prior SME experience is mandatory.
