Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective safety protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement safety training programs.
- Investigate incidents and accidents, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and industry partners.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in safety management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Safety Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in safety management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Robust knowledge of safety regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
