Role & responsibilities

*Key Responsibilities**

Boomi Integration Development

- Design, build, and maintain Boomi processes, connectors, and integration flows
- Develop real time and batch integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and file based integrations
- Implement data mappings, transformations, validations, and enrichment logic
- Configure error handling, retries, logging, alerts, and monitoring frameworks
- Optimize Boomi processes for performance, scalability, and reusability

Salesforce Integration Focus

- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud) and external systems (ERP, Finance, Operations, Data Warehouse, etc.)
- Support CRUD and replication patterns for Salesforce objects such as:
- Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities
- Contracts, Price Books, Orders
- Custom Objects
- Work with Salesforce teams on integration patterns, authentication, and API limits
- Handle near real time vs asynchronous integration decisions based on business needs

Technical & Delivery Responsibilities

- Participate in technical design discussions and review integration architecture
- Prepare unit test evidence, deployment packages, and runbooks
- Support SIT/UAT, data reconciliation,



and production cutover activities
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis
- Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and data handling standards

**Required Skills & Qualifications**

Must Have

- 5+ years hands on experience with Boomi iPaaS
- Solid experience integrating Salesforce using:
- REST / SOAP APIs
- OAuth / authentication mechanisms
- Platform Events / CDC (nice to have)
- Solid understanding of integration patterns (sync, async, pub/sub, batch)
- Strong experience with XML, JSON, XSLT, and data transformation
- Experience with error handling, logging, and monitoring in Boomi
- Ability to work in offshore delivery model with onshore coordination

Nice to Have

- Boomi certifications (Associate / Professional / Architect)
- Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Knowledge of DevOps / CI CD concepts for integration deployments
- Experience with data reconciliation and performance testing

**Experience**

3-5 years overall IT experience, with 5+ years in Boomi iPaaS and hands on Salesforce, NetSuite integrations
