Key Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for MRI procedures by explaining the process and safety precautions.
- Screen patients for contraindications such as metal implants, pacemakers, or claustrophobia.
- Operate MRI machines to capture detailed diagnostic images.
- Position patients correctly to obtain accurate scans.
- Monitor patients during procedures and respond to emergencies if needed.
- Maintain patient records and imaging documentation.
- Ensure compliance with radiation and magnetic safety protocols.
- Coordinate with radiologists and physicians regarding scan requirements.
- Perform routine equipment checks and report technical issues.
- Maintain cleanliness and infection-control standards in the MRI suite.
