- Provide Support in Linux Servermanagement and cloud. To work on Incidents and Outages, Support Oncalls & customer calls
- Independently plan and handle assigned tasks
- Collaborate with other teams in providing solutions to end customer and drive the issues until closure.
- Knowledge ITSM - Handling Incident, Service, Change, and Problem management
- Strong oral and written communication skills with a positive can-do & self-starter attitude
- Managing & maintaining SUSE Servers
- Managing IBM, DELL, Lenovo Fujitsu and HP HANA appliance servers.
- Building/reimages SUSE Linux servers in both physical and virtual environment.
- Managing Linux virtual machines that are configured in ESX environments.
- Providing Level 3 supports to the customers.
- Managing the Antivirus environment.
- Patching and OS upgrades on SUSE servers
- Exposure on DNS,NFS, Samba, FTP, LDAP, NTP, Email services.
- Knowledge on SAN or NAS workplace.
- Knowledge on RAID, LVM.
