Job Summary

Elite Digital Engineering is looking for a creative, research-driven and experienced UI/UX Designer to design modern websites, web applications and digital products.

The ideal candidate must have strong experience in UX research, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, responsive UI design and design systems. The candidate must also have practical experience using AI tools in UI/UX work to improve research, ideation, design exploration, prototyping, documentation and overall design efficiency.

We are looking for someone who understands that AI is a tool to accelerate the design process while human judgement remains essential for usability, accessibility, creativity, brand alignment and user experience.

Role & responsibilities

- Conduct UX research, competitor analysis and design benchmarking.
- Create user flows, journey maps, sitemaps and information architecture.
- Design wireframes, high-fidelity interfaces and interactive prototypes using Figma.
- Develop responsive, mobile-first and accessible designs following WCAG guidelines.
- Create and maintain reusable components, design systems and brand guidelines.
- Use AI tools for UX research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, UI generation and design documentation.
- Review and refine AI-generated outputs for usability, accessibility, originality and brand consistency.
- Collaborate with developers, content, SEO and project teams to ensure smooth design handoff and implementation.




- Conduct usability reviews and improve designs based on feedback and project insights.
- Present design concepts and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.

Preferred candidate profile

Preferred Qualifications

- 36 years of skilled UI/UX design experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing websites, web applications and responsive product designs.
- Demonstrable experience using AI tools within real UI/UX projects.
- Ability to explain how AI was used, what value it added and how the output was validated.
- Experience creating reusable components and scalable design systems.
- Experience working in an agency or consulting environment with multiple client projects.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS and frontend-development principles.
- Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.

Portfolio Requirements

Applicants must provide a portfolio demonstrating:

- Website and web application design.
- Low-fidelity and high-fidelity designs.
- Responsive desktop and mobile interfaces.
- User flows, wireframes and interactive prototypes.
- UX research and design decisions.
- Design-system or component-library experience.
- At least one example showing how AI was used in the UI/UX process.
- An explanation of how AI-generated work was reviewed, refined and validated.
