AM/Manager Talent Acquisition

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 3 recruiters, ensuring achievement of hiring targets, productivity, and service quality standards.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Sales and Head Office (HO) support functions, from manpower requisition to onboarding.
- Partner with Sales Leaders and Functional Heads to understand hiring requirements and workforce plans.
- Drive recruitment for field force positions, including Medical Representatives, Area Business Managers, Regional Business Managers, Zonal Managers, and other sales leadership roles.
- Manage hiring for Head Office support functions such as HR, Finance, Accounts, IT, Administration, Supply Chain, Marketing Support, and related corporate roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, social media,



recruitment consultants, and networking channels.
- Conduct candidate screening, interview coordination, salary negotiations, reference checks, and offer rollouts.
- Manage pre-boarding and onboarding activities, including documentation, offer acceptance tracking, and joining formalities.
- Facilitate employee onboarding through greytHR and Zoho People, ensuring accurate employee records and seamless joining experience.

Desired Candidate Profile

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
- 5-12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in the Pharmaceutical industry.
- Hands-on experience with greytHR and/or Zoho People will be preferred.
- Excellent stakeholder management, sourcing, interviewing, and negotiation skills.
