As an Engineering Manager you will promote a culture of collaboration and innovation leading to success. Your teams will span multiple locations.
- Lead, coach, and mentor engineers developing both existing and new initiatives across the Zephyr portfolio.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within your team.
- Partner closely with PMs, UX, and peer engineering teams to deliver impactful business outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement throughout the full software development lifecycle.
- Apply Agile methodologies to ensure efficient delivery, testing, and deployment.
- Define and measure processes and metrics that ensure market readiness and customer value.
We are looking for you if you have:
- 10+ years of experince,
with atleast 3+ years of experience managing software development teams.
- Background in SaaS companies with distributed teams preferred.
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Strong software development experience and ability to coach engineers.
- Knowledge of public and private cloud technologies.
- Ability to turn high-level goals into actionable plans with explicit deliverables.
