- Project Structuring & Advisory: Shape the strategic direction of Haryanas clean air project by advising on actionable, cross-departmental interventions, and submit the Annual Work Plan related to the project to the CEO/Joint CEO and the World Bank.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate convergence between departments such as Transport, Industry, Residential and Agriculture, technical agencies, research partners and lending-partner institutions to align initiatives and remove bottlenecks.
- Team Management: End-to-end management of multiple work streams while leading a team of consultants, district project managers and specialists to achieve deliverables at speed and quality; act as a mentor responsible for the professional development of team members.
- Creation of Sectoral Knowledge Bank: Oversee and build institutional knowledge of the key initiatives being undertaken by the Haryana government and the latest initiatives in India and beyond to improve air quality.
- Organisation Development: Collaborate on recruitment, onboarding, and organisation development while fostering a values-driven, inclusive, and high-performance work culture.

C. Qualification Criteria : Ph.D. or Masters degree in Atmospheric Science, Environmental Sciences, or Urban/Environment Planning from a recognised University or Professional Institution recognised by Government.
D. Experience Criteria: Minimum 7 years’ professional experience, including a substantial leadership role in managing large multi-sector projects or programmes (preferably Government or externally-aided projects).
