Position Title: Collection Executive 0 to 30 Bucket Reporting To: Assistant Manager/Team Leader 0 to 30 Bucket Department: Collections Current Purpose of the Role To execute recovery efforts for overdue accounts in the 0-30 days bucket through field visits, customer follow-ups, and resolution of disputes. Accountabilities (Key Result Areas) Primary Responsibilities:

- Field Recovery Operations: Conduct door-to-door visits to customers and negotiate repayment terms. Normalize overdue accounts. Religiously follow Company's Cash Deposition Policy Ensure that Collection Code of Conduct is followed in spirit Promote Digital Collections
- Customer Education and Engagement: Educate customers on repayment terms and consequences of delinquency. Maintain skilled relationships to encourage timely payments.
- Reporting:



Maintain accurate records of recovery activities and report daily progress.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Knowledge: Basic understanding of collection processes and customer engagement practices. Skills:

- Negotiation and Communication: Ability to handle customer objections effectively.
- Time Management: Prioritize high-risk accounts for immediate action.

Experience: 0-2 years in collections or field recovery roles. Monthly KRA:
