Position Overview
Policybazaar is seeking confident, dynamic, and high-energy professionals to join our growing team in Gurgaon. This role serves as a primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for promoting financial products, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Metrics

- Employment Type: Full time, Permanent

- Compensation: INR 2.67 Lakhs to 4.5 Lakhs Per Annum + Unlimited Performance Incentives

- Eligibility: Any Graduate

- Work Location: Gurgaon (Sector 44)

Customer Service Associate

- Inquiry Handling: Respond professionally to incoming customer inquiries via phone channels.

- Issue Resolution: Provide end-to-end support to resolve customer grievances and queries efficiently.

- Experience Management: Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and positive brand perception.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

- Minimum Education: Any Graduate

- Experience Level: 0 to 4 years of experience.



Prior experience in customer support is advantageous but not mandatory.

- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and active listening capabilities.

- Functional Competencies: Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with standard office applications.
