The Production Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day production planning, production management, operations management, and team management. Ensuring efficient resource allocation will also be part of the role.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Production Manager from the background of Bus Body only to oversee the manufacturing operations of bus bodies at our facility. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in production management, particularly within the automotive or heavy machinery industry. They will be responsible for ensuring that our manufacturing processes are efficient, safe, and meet high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Production Planning: Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand while optimizing resources and minimizing downtime.
- Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain quality control measures to ensure that bus bodies meet industry standards and customer specifications.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of production staff, including supervisors, operators, and technicians, to achieve production targets and maintain a positive work environment.
