Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Engineer with a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering to coordinate and execute projects from customer enquiry to final delivery. The role requires close coordination with customers, consultants, design, production, and sales teams to ensure timely project execution, accurate documentation, and customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements

- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience.
- Basic knowledge of sheet metal, structural steel, fabrication works, and precast concrete.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (ERPNext preferred).
- Solid documentation, reporting, and task-tracking skills.
- Ability to identify and resolve project issues effectively.
- Team player with high ethical standards and attention to detail.





Roles & Responsibilities

- Coordinate customer enquiries and maintain project documentation.
- Review customer drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams for cost estimation and quotation submission.
- Follow up on quotations, Purchase Orders (POs), and advance payments.
- Prepare and submit technical documents, material submittals, and QC documents.
- Coordinate with the Design team for shop drawings, GA drawings, and production drawings.
- Liaise with production and logistics teams to ensure timely manufacturing and delivery.
- Coordinate sample approvals, mock-ups, material testing, factory visits, and payment follow-ups.
- Track project progress, update ERPNext, and maintain communication records.
- Prepare daily status reports, monitor timelines, and resolve project bottlenecks.
