Job Description IT Administrator / IT Head

Location: Gurgaon, Sector 51
Experience: 5-10 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day IT operations and provide technical support.
- Manage network, Wi-Fi, servers, and IT infrastructure.
- Oversee CCTV and security systems across all centres.
- Manage CRM, databases, and other IT applications.
- Ensure IT security, data protection, and compliance.
- Provide end-user support and resolve technical issues.
- Manage IT assets, inventory, and software/hardware requirements.
- Coordinate IT support and infrastructure across multiple branches/centres.
- Lead IT vendors and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
- In House Servers
- Telephone & EPABX Systems
- Wifi & Networks
- Day to Day Systems & Support
- Security and Compliance

Qualification:

Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
