Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring they have the necessary resources and training.
- Monitor and control project expenses, staying within budget and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks, developing contingency plans as needed.
- Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders, including senior management and clients.

Job Requirements

- Proven experience in project leadership, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Robust analytical and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience working with project management tools and software, such as MS Project or Asana.
