- Troubleshoot and resolve desktop-related issues, including hardware and software problems.
- Provide technical support and assistance to employees with desktop-related queries.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, and other computer systems.
- Conduct regular maintenance and updates of desktop systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Develop and implement procedures for desktop support and maintenance.
Job Requirements
- Strong knowledge of desktop operating systems, including Windows and macOS.
- Experience with desktop hardware, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide technical support to non-technical staff.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Familiarity with helpdesk software and ticketing systems is an advantage.
