Role Purpose:

The Early Years Assistant Facilitator is a key member of the preschool team who plays an active role in creating a warm, engaging, and stimulating learning environment for young children. She supports the Head/ Expert Teachers in delivering high-quality early education, ensuring each childs holistic development and well-being. As part of a passionate and growing organization, the Assistant Facilitator upholds the school’s mission, vision, and values while fostering a love for learning in every child.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Responsible for classroom operations, daily execution of lesson plans, and taking care of young children.
- Looking after young children’s basic needs such as engaging them in activities,



feeding meals, and putting them to nap.
- Maintaining order and inculcating good manners and values.

Other Duties & Responsibilities:

- Be a team player who can work with other teachers and school staff.
- Arrive on time for work or contact the center when delayed.
- Be reliable in attendance and give ample notice of absences.
- Come to work with a positive attitude.
- Approach criticism with a learning attitude.
- Communicate directly and avoid gossip.

Qualifications/Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Certification in Early Childhood Education (NTT, Montessori, ECE, CIDTT/CIDTL). Optional but an added advantage.

Experience:

- Fresher’s are welcome to apply.

Work Timings:

Any 7 hours (Based on the school requirement)
