Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries via WhatsApp, phone calls, email, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Assist customers with product selection, offers, and order placement.
- Track orders and provide shipping updates.
- Resolve delivery issues, RTO cases, exchange, and replacement requests.
- Coordinate with courier partners for delayed or lost shipments.
- Manage COD confirmation calls when required.
- Respond to reviews and customer feedback professionally.
- Update orders, notes, and customer information.
- Coordinate with warehouse for urgent dispatches.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and quick response times.

Requirements

- Good communication skills in Hindi and English (Gujarati is a plus).
- Experience with Shopify, WhatsApp Business, and Excel/Google Sheets.




- Ability to handle 100200 customer conversations per day.
- Positive problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Basic knowledge of courier operations and COD/RTO processes.

Preferred Skill.

- Understanding of orders.
- Ability to upsell products and convert inquiries into sales.
- Fast typing speed and professional communication.

- First response time: 5 minutes (during working hours)
- Customer Satisfaction (CSAT): 95%+
- Average resolution time: 24 hours
- Order conversion from inquiries
- Reduction in RTO due to effective customer communication

Working Hours

- 9:00 AM 7:00 PM (6 days/week)
