Roles and Responsibilities :

- - Financial Planning & Governance
- Lead the annual IT budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.
- Monitor and control IT Operating Expenditure (OpEx) and Capital Expenditure (CapEx) budgets.
- Ensure adherence to financial controls, policies, and governance standards.
- Provide regular financial reporting, variance analysis, and management insights to leadership.
- Investment & Portfolio Management
- Develop business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and financial evaluations for IT investments and transformation initiatives.
- Support management decision-making through financial modelling and scenario analysis.
- Track investment performance and perks realization across the IT portfolio.
- Vendor Financial & Contract Management
- Support contract negotiations with IT vendors, including commercial terms, pricing, service levels, and financial commitments.
- Partner with IT and Supply Chain teams to ensure contractual obligations and deliverables are met.
- Manage vendor escalations, financial disputes, invoice reconciliations, and payment conflicts.
- Conduct vendor performance assessments, including penalty and reward evaluations where applicable.
- Cost Optimization & Value Realization
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction, efficiency improvements, and financial optimization across IT services and operations.
- Drive initiatives that improve cost transparency and maximize value from technology investments.




- Implement financial benchmarking and reporting mechanisms to support continuous improvement.
- Financial Operations & Reporting
- Manage capitalization processes, resource capitalization, and timesheet governance.
- Establish and operationalize reporting solutions that provide timely, accurate, and actionable financial information.
- Collaborate with Technology and Finance leadership to communicate the cost, quality, and value of IT services.
- Stakeholder Management
- Partner with Technology, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Business teams to align financial objectives with organizational priorities.
- Support the successful implementation of enterprise-wide IT initiatives across corporate and operating company environments.
- Procurement & Commercial Governance
- Manage IT procurements and contract renewals, ensuring timely completion within approved budgets.
- Coordinate with IT, Finance, Supply Chain, and vendors to ensure seamless procurement and contract execution.
- Monitor procurement performance, manage risks, and drive cost optimization to maximize value from technology investments.

Job Requirements :

- 10-18 years of experience in IT finance or accounting role.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, capex, opex, vendor governance, and vendor contracts.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to delivery.
