5 7 years of frontend engineering experience, with solid React fundamentals and proven experience integrating new UI into an existing branded enterprise application.

Key Responsibilities

- Build the case-manager approval screen: AI-suggested SOC Code, Occupation Title, Wage Level, and Prevailing Wage (with source) grouped to match the existing Edit modals Section B and Section F layout with per-field Use Suggestion / override controls.
- Surface job-library matches and LCA reuse matches alongside AI suggestions for transparency.
- Build the Generic Form intake (nine fields including job title, JD, work site, salary, salary range, FT/PT, education, years of experience, supervisory responsibility).
- Build the Bulk Spreadsheet intake (CSV/XLSX upload, row-level review screen, batch approval) designed to handle 400+ row uploads (e.g., H-1B CAP season).
- Build the Client-Specific Template intake (PDF/Word upload, mapped to the canonical schema per client profile).
- Build the client-profile and job-library management UI for case managers.
- Build the attorney audit-log view exposing AI rationale, wage source, and flags.
- Strictly conform to the existing tools visual language fonts, colors, and component patterns. No redesign.




- Implement the disclaimer surface (subtle, persistent, near response areas) per attorney requirements not blocking modal.

Must-Have Skills

- React (hooks, function components, context); strong TypeScript.
- Tailwind or equivalent utility CSS; comfortable matching an existing brand without a design system handoff.
- File upload UX at scale chunked uploads, progress, validation, error recovery for CSV/XLSX/PDF/Word.
- Integration with REST APIs from a .NET backend; auth flows for an internal enterprise app.
- Form-heavy UI patterns validation, conditional fields, save/draft, multi-step wizards.
- Production accessibility (WCAG AA) and keyboard navigation case managers spend full days in this tool.

Good to Have

- Experience embedding a new SPA / micro-frontend into an existing .NET application (iframe, module federation, or direct mount).
- Angular experience useful if the existing tools surface uses it.
- Data-grid / spreadsheet-like UI experience (AG Grid, TanStack Table) for the bulk review screen.
- Prior legal-tech, immigration, or HR-tech UI work.
