- Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related STEM fields. Advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years full lifecycle product development and engineering leadership in highly available, highly scalable, high throughput systems
- Strong experience in Big Data technologies: Hadoop, Spark, Hive, HBase
- Hands-on expertise in Java and Python
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms: GCP (BigQuery, Dataproc, Dataplex, GCS, Composer), AWS
- Experience with distributed systems and data processing frameworks
- Proficiency in API design and RESTful services (OpenAPI 3.0)
- Experience with LLMs, RAG pipelines, and Agentic AI architectures
- Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, and prompt engineering




- Exposure to semantic modeling tools (LookML / Looker) is a plus
- Strong understanding of data governance, metadata management, and compliance (GDPR, data localization)
- Experience implementing fine-grained access control mechanisms
- Proven experience in solution architecture and system design
- Strong leadership experience
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

- Lead the architecture and development of enterprise-scale data platforms using Hadoop, Spark, and cloud-native services (GCP/AWS)
- Design and implement data governance, compliance (GDPR), and data risk frameworks
- Build and enhance GenAI solutions, including:
- RAG / Knowledge-augmented RAG (KRAG)
- Agentic AI systems using modern frameworks (e.g., MCP, ADK)
- Conversational BI and semantic layers

- Architect API-first systems with well-defined OpenAPI specifications

- Develop interactive and batch data processing systems using Spark,Presto, and distributed frameworks
