Position: Purchase Manager

Salary: 40,000 50,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Purchase Manager to join our FMCG organization in Faridabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing procurement activities, developing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, ensuring timely availability of materials, and optimizing procurement costs while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, and other supplies.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors while maintaining strong relationships with existing suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms,



and contracts to achieve cost savings.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Track market trends, pricing fluctuations, and supplier performance.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and prepare MIS reports.
- Resolve supplier-related issues, including quality concerns and delivery delays.
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams for invoice verification and payment coordination.
- Required Qualifications:

- Any Graduate
- 3 to 6 years of relevant purchasing/procurement experience.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Valuable knowledge of inventory management and procurement processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
