Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Marketing QA Engineer with 35 years of experience in test automation and analytics testing. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Tricentis TOSCA, experience validating marketing and web analytics implementations, and hands-on exposure to ObservePoint, JMeter, JIRA, and qTest. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, participation in Agile teams, and ownership of end-to-end testing activities across B2C and eCommerce platforms.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of test automation experience using Tricentis TOSCA
- Experience creating and maintaining automation scripts for front-end web/eCommerce applications
- Experience testing Marketing Analytics and/or Web Analytics functionality
- Strong understanding of B2C and eCommerce platforms
- Hands-on experience with ObservePoint for analytics validation and reporting
- Experience with JMeter for performance testing
- Expertise in Test Planning, Test Data preparation, and Test Execution
- Experience using JIRA for defect tracking and management
- Hands-on experience with qTest for test case management and reporting
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Ability to utilize AI capabilities/tools to improve testing efficiency
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements
- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using TOSCA
- Validate analytics implementations and tracking across digital platforms
- Perform functional, regression, and performance testing
- Create test plans, identify test data requirements, and execute test scenarios
- Log, track, and manage defects through JIRA
- Conduct defect triage and provide defect analysis reports
