- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive lead generation, conversion, and revenue growth for the company's IT services & consulting offerings.
- Manage Google Ads campaigns across multiple channels (search, social media, display) to achieve targeted audience engagement and conversion goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create SEO-friendly website content that drives organic traffic and improves search engine rankings.
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like GA/GTM to optimize ad spend, improve ROI, and inform data-driven decision making.
Job Requirements :
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
- Proficiency in Google Ads (AdWords), Google Analytics (GA), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Social Media Marketing (SMO).
- Robust understanding of campaign management principles including lead generation strategies.
